Business Manager

The Colton School District has a year round Business Manager opening at the school. The Business Manager is responsible for the administration of the financial operations of the district, including development and maintenance of the annual budget, long-range financial planning, Human Resources and payroll processing, preparation of state and federal grants and monthly expenditures of those grants, Year-end F-196 Financial Report and S-275 personnel report, and monthly financial Budget Status report to the Board along with transcription of the Board minutes. The position reports to the Superintendent.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and/or a strong background in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of three years experience as a Business Manager and/or equivalent experience with a business function; Pre-K-12 grade public school setting strongly preferred.

Compensation: $80,000-$84,000 DOE
